2. Digital Products
a. Nature of Digital Products
All digital products (including templates, toolkits, and downloads) are delivered electronically via
Flodesk Checkout or direct email link. No physical items will be shipped.
b. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products,
all sales are final. Once payment is confirmed and access is granted, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
c. Usage Rights
Digital products are for personal or business use only by the purchaser. You may not copy, resell, share, or distribute any digital content without written permission from Tiny Office.
3. Services (Pinterest, Operations & VA Support)
a. Scope of Work
Each service agreement will outline the exact deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities between Tiny Office and the client.
b. Payment Terms
Payments may be made via
Stripe,
GoCardless, or
bank transfer.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Remaining balances are due according to your invoice or retainer schedule.
- Services are offered on a minimum 3-month contract, unless otherwise agreed.
c. Cancellations & Notice
To end an ongoing service agreement, clients must provide
30 days’ written notice.
Work will continue until the end of the notice period, and all outstanding invoices must be paid in full.
d. Refunds
Deposits and any payments made toward completed work are
non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, templates, and content provided during your work with Tiny Office remain the intellectual property of
Kate Sandivasci Limited unless otherwise stated. You may use these materials internally within your business but not share, reproduce, or resell them.
5. Client Responsibilities
By purchasing a service, you agree to:
- Communicate clearly and provide required information or approvals on time.
- Respect agreed timelines and payment terms.
- Use deliverables in a lawful, ethical way.
Tiny Office is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or client inaction.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tiny Office will always work with care and professionalism, but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or digital products.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared between Tiny Office and its clients is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission, unless required by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in English courts.
